Ingredients for onion kachori
Potato Boiled – 2
Medium onion chopped – 2 to 3
Besan – 3 tsp
Asafoetida – 1/2 tsp
Oil – 1 tsp
Kuta Dhania – 2 tsp
Oil – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1.5 tsp
Black salt – 1 tsp
Chaat Masala – 1.5 tsp
Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
Green chilli chopped – 2

To prepare the dough
Maida – 200 g
Carom seeds – 1/2 tsp
Oil – 6 tsp
salt

Method of making onion kachori
First take a pan to make onion kachori. Add oil and heat it. Then add coriander and asafoetida. Now cook it on medium heat for about two minutes. Then add besan, red chilli powder, chaat masala, garam masala and black salt and fry for a while. Now add chopped onions, green chillies and salt and mix well. Cook the onion until it becomes soft. Then add potatoes to it. Now mix the mixture well and make it uniform. Then let it cool for a while.
Now take the flour first to prepare onion kachori flour. Add salt, oregano and a little oil and mix. To prepare the soft dough, mix it well and then add water and knead. Now add wet cloth to the flour and cover. Leave it covered for about half an hour. Then take the flour in equal proportions and make their balls. Then stuff this flour with a mixture of onion and potato. Now press it with your hands and press it with your hands and roll it like kachori. It has to be kept slightly thick so that the mixture does not spread to the oil while frying.
